The Art of the Knit
My hats are knit from carefully selected wool that prioritizes softness and durability. I love working with the hand-dyed Shetland blends from Rainey Creek Fiber, as well as specialty fleeces sourced from other small-scale producers.
The Materials: Judi, at Rainey Creek, shears her Shetland sheep then sends the wool out to be spun with silk for a luxurious, durable finish. She then hand-dyes all the wool into unique, vibrant colors.
